Marathon and Half Marathon Coaching

Do you want to achieve a PB at a marathon or half marathon but not sure about how to structure your training to suit yourself best?

 

Trail Running Guides will build a profile of you as an athlete by using a range of physical and psychological tests and then design a programme which puts you first. We will video analyse your running style, asses your functional movement and identify any potential injury concerns before developing a 3 month plan which suits your lifestyle and commitments.

 

We use a range of tests to profile you for VO2, concentric and eccentric power, range of movement, landing skills, motivation and  running technique which gives us information about you to design an individualised programme. No off the shelf training programmes  from magazines - just practical, effective and scientific coaching designed for your own specific needs and targets.

 

Testing, video analysis and profiling with 3 months of session plans designed for you costs £250. This includes email and telephone contact together with web based video feedback. 1:1 coaching sessions can also be arranged.

 

Nutritional, urine and blood analysis can also be arranged as extra.
