Marathon Training Made Easy

 

A 1 day workshop covering everything you need to know to complete your first marathon or get that elusive PB.

​

The day will cover weekly and monthly planning to optimize your time spent running. Your running technique will be analysed to give you high level coaching input. Nutrition, psychology, injury prevention, race preparation and strategies on the day will be covered to meet your needs.

 

Based at Spring Hall track in Halifax.
